FAQ

How do I bid? Please visit the How Online Bidding Works page for all of the information you need on bidding.

Who can attend/do I have to purchase a ticket? Anyone who is registered for our September Bags & Baubles event will have access to this special online sale. Your ticket fee will go directly to the animals.

How will I get my items?
Delivery: If you are within the San Diego county area, we will deliver your items to the address on file within 10 business days. We will drop the delivery off at your doorstep. We will reach out to let you know when we plan on delivering your package.

Shipping: Items will be shipped via USPS. Please allow 10 business days for shipping. Most packages will be sent via Priority Mail. Depending on size, some large packages will be sent via USPS Ground Shipping. We offer free shipping as well as insurance based on the purchase price of your item.

Refunds: No refunds or returns accepted. All items sold as-is. Most items are new with tags or have been inspected for quality, however we cannot ensure mint condition of products.

 

Event Policies

Bidding & Payment

Your Bid or Purchase is a Contract: when you place a bid on an online auction item, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller if you are the winning bidder. You are the winning bidder if your bid is the highest bid at Auction Close and your bid is accepted by the seller.

When you purchase a fixed-price item, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller.

All Bids are Final: Once you have placed and confirmed a bid, your bid can not be retracted

All Purchases are Final: Once you have confirmed a purchase, your purchase is final and can not be canceled.

Payment will be made with credit card only.

If you win an item, you will be sent an email with an invoice to complete your purchase when the event ends. If you use the Win-It-Now option, you will be able to pay for that item at any time.

All in-state purchases will incur an additional 7.25% sales tax.

Purchases are not tax deductible, however your donations may be.

Please note, we will not ship your item until you have processed payment.
